Sorry to be a bother with this, but they haven't replied to an E-mail I have sent them. (That alone makes me not so likely to do business with them.) But, can anyone tell me what is the size of the smallest rooms which they rent on a monthly basis ?

Hi

i used to live in one of their condo rooms, mine was facing south and was something like 32 SQM . Most of their rooms are just well this size, double bed, fridge, TV, aircon and a secluded bathroom with tub/shower, washbasin and WC
