I can't agree on the order of things.

The taxi bikes aren't that scary to me since they go pretty slow.

I'm more scared of the car taxis as they go so much faster and there are never any seatbelts.

I've done the Bigshot Stratoshere, it's not scary, just fun for 2 seconds.

I've done Class 5 rafting, I thought it was a Disney ride, but I never went over (those that did go in the water thought they were gonna die).

I've swum with Dolphins, kinda boring.

I'd imagine bungee jumping, parachuting, or the Mig-29 ride must be insane.

The movie Jaws ruined me for life so I'd be scared $hitless with the sharks, that would rank #1 to me.

It would be so exciting I would probably have a heart attack.
