Short Time Condo

Featured Replies

Hi,im staying in Bangsaen right now but on may31t my contract for the house expires, and july 15th i go for a vacation back home,so im looking for an affordable fully furnished condo or apartment with aircon,i can pay up to 6000 a month,im not willing to pay any deposit or something like that[bad experience with farang or thai]would move also into a hotel if possible for that price, thanks for any help,u can contact me also [email protected]

Many landlords (Farang and Thai) have had problems with tenants who don't pay deposits! I doubt you will find anyone who will rent to you without it.

And- a budget of 6000 per night for a hotel is 200 / night. I think you will have a hard time finding any aircon room for that price.

Maybe you should reconsider your budget / options?

Condo? House?

Green Roof Mansion, an apartment building, on Soi Korphai 200 meters south of South Pattaya Road is 4,500 / month with a reasonable king size bed, a/c, hot water, small TV and refrigerator, cabinets, etc. It is a hotel room, but there is fod downstairs and room service as well.

6,000 / month is not much money in Pattaya. Even rinky dink condos are in the neighborhood of 12,000.

Best to call into a couple of condos and apartment complexes on Jomtien Beach. Can normally negotiate 5000-6000 baht a month during the off season. In Jomtien yesterday was practically deserted.

re think your budget tight arse !!! How abt a bin bag and sleep on the beach.

Why give him such a hard time? Maybe punisher is a student. He can find cheap accomodations, doubtful with airconditioning, but what's the harm in his asking?

Calling him a cheapskate serves no purpose.

He could easily get a condo one of the older Talay's but he'll have to pay for the electric/airconditioning.

As is always in Thailand, up to him.

Try Nirun Condos on Soi Arunothai, across from Carrefour, they have signs all around for rooms, one month or one day. About 5,000 for a small room, plus utilities. I've stayed there, it's ok.

I think such an updated post with short-term condos/appts at Pattaya area IS very useful. Please keep post your news here!

Two years ago my parents came to LoS for couple of months - I couldn't find decent place, so ended up with jomtien beach condo ( that looooong one across the road) for 9000 for 3rd floor 36sq.m

Now I will need condo again - some sept-jan and only hope I have is find it on Thaivisa.

Please , keep posted...

Never heard of short time condo's.

Short time hotels, yes.
