my story is like this

i travling in thailand 4 year ago and i meet my Current gilr frind

aftar a few month Together i go beck to my country and in the same time

we start to Organize all the Documents we need to open a small Company and visa and work permit

in the end we did it and i get a Business visa and work permit

its take almost a 1 year ntil my Business start to be Successful

and today aftar 2 year with this Business i can say its going very wall

and the Money is very good.more then i wish. (this is tours Business)

in my job i work alone and evrething i do bt mt self.my girl frind she have her Business

and she not Involved in my job.just her nema on the compeny Documents

and on the paper she is the boos:)

evrething ok until now....

now we want to Separate. and she want to close the compeny.

she can stil live her life. but what about me from now on?

i build a Business for long time and it was very Hard,i work evry day meny hours to do more money

i live my country and my home my femly to come and build my life in thailand

evrething going wall....but now someone can Decide for me it this will be the end.

what can i do in Situation like this? i have any Rights?

if i will meet with a Lawyer its can help?

im Stuck now and my Futures not in my Hand

note to self : continue to NEVER go into/do business with a Thai (other than the occasional "short time" transaction)

What work alone with a valid work permit? yep yep.

You have to make her a fair offer for her shares in the business and then transfer them to a Thai you can trust

You say that you have worked hard to build the business. You need to remember that the business you were building was hers and not yours and she is entitled to the value you created for her.

Well, it seems she can't do it without you?

If you leave, the company will die, she wants to close it - fine. what bothers you?

Just walk away.

Find a trustworthy Thai and setup a new company, continue in the same business, I assume you got all the contacts.
