I am an American working in another South East Asian country and am considering retiring in Thailand about 10 years from now. With the current prices of condominiums and the favorable Baht to USD exchange rate, I would like to purchase a condominium in Bangkok now and rent it out until I retire and move to Thailand. Question: How can I do this and own the condominium on a Freehold basis?

And you must show proof that the amount is brought in from abroad as well.
