I am trying to start a business here, and I dont have a thai local..... can anyone recommend, a decent and honest company... that offers this service, and can write the 61-39% with higher class voting shares for me...

In a decade or more I have not found one company worthy of doing business with. Not one stipulates what the statutory costs and necessities are and they all hide it behind their bluster and fees. I know people have to live and make a profit but they are not in the business of doing business, they are in the business of selling you a bloated package you do not require at a price you certainly do not have to pay.

That said, it is not easy to find out exactly what you need to do or how you have to set up your company. It does help immensely though if you know what companies in normal countries need to do / show / file etc.

I have to agree, they really sell you bloated packages and overcharge you. I am an accountant and i must say most of the firms here are highway robbers. They don't calculate their fees on how much work you have to do but on how much you make. Just like taking a cut of it. Crazy, their prices are even higher then reputable companies in the west.
