I guess I missed it, what does Taksin say he is being treated for?

He keeps saying he doesn't have cancer. Going by his track-record for honesty (as a compulsive liar) I take whatever he says to be just the opposite.

What does he claim his ailment to be? (other than being so full of himself there's a chance he might explode? :) )
