Songran 2 On Koh Chang ( 24/25 April )

What a lot of people don't realise, as it isn't advertised or promoted anywhere, is that Koh Chang has a second Songkran celebration a week or 10 days after the first. This 2 day event gives hotel staff and locals, who were busy the first time round, the chance to party. Much better atmosphere than the real Songkran.
