I'm looking for an inexpensive condo (10,000 or less) very close to the BTS for three months starting from 1 July or so..... some flexibility there, sooner might be OK if its a nice place. Also long-term might be an option if it works out. Clean and quiet and an excellent air conditioner are my primary considerations.

I'm not interested in any place that charges more than the government rate for electricity and only want to pay a one month security deposit on a three month contract.

On Nut area is fine but Sukhumvit 77 is too long a walk; sois 50/52 is about the distance I'm looking for. I prefer to rent from directly from an owner.

I'm a working expat here since 2002 and currently living in Bangkok.

Good luck. Since this is only fir a 3 month period, I think you're going to have to be flexible with this requirement.
