PATTAYA:-- In the early hours of Monday Morning, Police located on Jomtien Beach at Dongtan Police Sub-Station received a report of a man in a drunken state, in possession of a gun which he had just used. Police located the man, a soldier from Nakhon Phatom Province which is located North of Bangkok.
