Listening To Bbc In The Car

Featured Replies

I listen to live streaming BBC real audio in my home via ADSL Internet connection . Is there any way to do this when travelling in my car? I guess GPRS / iPAQ solution would be too slow? Anyone got any bright ideas??

Thx,

Shortwave/middlewave radio?

A car satellite receiver would do it, if BBC footprint covers Thailand. They are expensive though.

BBC world service was on from about midnite to 0700 on one of the FM English stns.

Same one that has news from the TNA. :D

No BBC during the day. :o

Try Digital Radio....wonderful reception and about 100 quid.

Digital Radio gets streaming live BBC? Or just the world service? Where can I get one of these in Thailand ?

In another thread, I reported getting a portable satellite radio set-up as a gift. I was hoping to use it in my car (it comes with a car antenna), but I haven't been able to find a signal yet.

I have the same question.
