PATTAYA:-- At 4.30 on Tuesday Morning a half-naked Thai Man walked into the Police Box located on the Pratamnuk Mountain and claimed he had been robbed of all his possessions while he was at the famous Pattaya Viewpoint at the top of the mountain. Khun Somkit explained to Police that he was approached by a Thai Man who appeared to have mobility problems. The man thought to be aged around 30 engaged in conversation with Khun Somkit and suddenly produced a knife and held it to Khun Somkit’s throat as he dragged him to a secluded area....
