Can someone help me to clarify the following question?

I took a reservation with a taxi service from the airport on arrival. They confirmed my booking via e-mail and said they are waiting for me at "gate 3", Are they meaning "level 3" as I guess, or else?

So, they mean gate 3 at level 2. Right?

There are enclosures all along the arrivals level labelled as to the content such as "Hotel Representatives" (yes, the zoo analogy is intentional).

IIRC Gate 3 is at the far right hand end of the terminal close to the Meeting Point, your rep will likely be in the enclosure next to the Gate.

When you pick up your baggage at the baggage area, and exit out through the customs doors....on that same level you will see numbers for the arrival areas. The one you want is gate #3. I believe there is also a sign that points the way to it and says "meeting point". Your taxi driver or the taxi rep will probably be waiting at that point with a sign with your name on it.

That gate #3 or (also called area #3 or Meeting Point) is on the same level where you pick up your baggage and where the customs is.

Just remember that when you exit the customs area doors...look for the #3. Whichever way it is, go toward the #3 meeting point and you will find whoever is meeting you there.
