Explosive device detonated during Sattahip curfew – four 16 year old boys arrested

SATTAHIP:-- Sattahip district located close to Pattaya is still under a state of curfew and therefore people are not allowed out on the streets after 9pm. In the early hours of Saturday morning close to the Sattahip Market area, residents reported the sound of an explosion and called the Police who in turn contacted the Royal Thai Marines.
