Second Hand Blu-rays?

Featured Replies

I've seen a few shops in MBK that sell used PS3 games at very good prices. I was wondering if there were any shops in Bangkok that sell these used movies at a low price. 1000 baht is far too much for a movie i will probably watch 2-3 times a year.

Or if you guys have any movies that you would like to sell I wouldn't mind that either (I know this isn't the right section to ask for this).

Please PM Anantha if you do have discs to sell.

If you travel to North or South America, or know people there, you could buy new Blu-ray discs there and take them back or ship them to Thailand. Blu-ray discs in the Americas have the same region coding as Southeast Asia so Blu-rays from the USA will work on Thai players and vice versa. I can buy catalog Blu-ray titles in the USA for $9 - $20 (about 270 baht - 600 baht). New releases are a bit more at $24 - $30. There are also many places that sell used discs. If you have easy access to BDs in the USA this may be of value to you.

I order mine from eBay. Never paid any customs duties so far in over 30 purchases. They are posted to my g/f in her name though.

For games, dump the PS3 and get a modded XBox360.
