New Condos Sathorn Soi 1 And Suan Plu Soi 8

Hi does anyone know anything about two new condos I walked past today:

1. Sathorn Soi 1 next to Q House Lumphini (ie first building on the left from Sathorn) This looks like either an apartment or a condo, either new or undergoing refurbishment but I couldn't work out from the guards how to get any more info

2. The big condo under construction at the end of Suan Plu Soi 8

Any info appreciated, thanks

The building on Soi one is owned by the Central family - no third party sales or leasing.

The one at the end of Soi Suan Plu 8 is THE SUKHOTHAI RESIDENCES (connected to the SUKHOTHAI HOTEL)

three entrances to condo (main Sathorn Road through Sukhothai Hotel, Sathorn Soi 1 and Soi Suan P)lu 8....

I've been doing online 90 day reports for a few years, but because I'm about to get a new passport I believe the next 90 day has to be done in person. The last time I did a report at Jomtien it was only necessary to present your passport, now I believe there are a couple of forms to fill out. I have been at the same address for 16 years, do I still have to fill out a TM30?

I thought that the destruction of the "nuclear capabilities" of the Iran was a major goal to start this war. As I gather, everything is being bombarded, including Teheran where there are no nuclear developpement sites. Eliminating important "officials" that can be replaced in no time at all. Never hear about "eliminating nuclear capabilities" of the Iran. Or are my newssources failing me?
