Sattahip:-- 28th May 2010[PDN] At 1pm police Lieutenant Colonel Niphon Pomsanam (Sattahip Police Investigator) was informed that a young man who snatched a 3 baht golden necklace had been shot and severely injured by a police officer at Plamuek Curve (Rayong Curve) in the direction of Pattaya-Sattahip, Moo2, Sattahip. The officer and the Sattahip Police officials went to the scene to investigate.

Okay so he stole a 3 baht gold (probably true)..... but do you believe the police's version of event leading to the police killing this young man? Hmmmm....

I'd be interested to know what the girl says at the end of the video.

I was most impressed by the name of the soi in Sattahip--SOI SHAMBLES!

I think Pattaya deserves a similarly named soi, or perhaps rename Pattaya--Muang Shambles.

Other possibilities spring to mind,but might well be deemed libellous against local institutions.
