Thailand Travel Mart 2005

Featured Replies

as I still do some parttime business in tourism, I want to go to TTM 2005 in Impact Exh. Center tomorrow. did anybody go there before ? is it worth a visit ? how much is the entrance fee ? Saturday and Sunday its open to the public....

If i'm not mistaken, you must set oppointments with the seller as i suppose you are a buyer if you are going tomorrow.

Sat and sun yes open for public from 10am to 8pm. Sorry, not too sure about the entrance fee but i would probably think it's free, as i enter with an all area access pass :o

Explorer :D

thanks for the information. I am going there as a private person, as my flight-and-travel-booking website is located in Germany. I am just curious to know how it is like. I frequently went to the ITB in berlin, which is the biggest tourism fair in the world as far as I know. So I wonder what a small local fair in Asia will have to offer..... will find out tomolo......

I think they hold another similar fair at Queen Sirikit Convention Center every year, I don't remember what it was called but for this year it was named something like 'Thai thiaw Thai'. My wife bought voucher for hotel in Ko Chang at this event this year around March - April.

the QSC - trade fair (ealier this year) was a total WASTE OF TIME (imho)....

lots lots lots of small hotel promotion - not ONE english talking staff and zero english written information/brochures etc.

lots lots lots of visitors (I think I was the only farang that day).
