Mystery surrounds Russian Man’s 3rd floor balcony fall

PATTAYA:-- In the early hours of Monday Morning, Police Lieutenant Colonel Tailert from Dongtan Police Station, located on Jomtien Beach, was called to the Jomtien Suite Condominium located in Soi 12 off the Tappraya Road to investigate reports of a foreign man who had fallen from a 3rd floor balcony. At the scene, rescue workers were assisting Mr. Alexi Kopp aged 27 from Russia. He had sustained a serious head wound and other injuries sustained during the fall. As the man fell, he crashed through a corrugated roof over the car park of the condominium which Police say may have saved his life.
