Late on Saturday Night, Pattaya Police received reports of a gang-related incident on the corner of Soi 7 on the Tepprasit Road in Jomtien. Police and Volunteers converged on the location and detained a total of 14 youths. Three people in the group were singled out at possible ring-leaders, they are Khun Chayapan aged 19, the son of a local government official from Pattaya City Hall, Khun Biyapong aged 19, the son of a Chonburi Provincial Government Official and Khun Chatchai aged 20, the grandson of a Democratic Party Member of Parliament. heh. it is a strange scene. the non connected youths don't look too affluent. were these young power makers aligned together or against one another. that is a pretty big gun. most be an interesting story at the bottom.

Being accused of being gang leader (no law against it), Expelling??? a weapon (no law against it) Police probably would have more luck clamping their vehicles, if they want to inconvenience the little sh.ts.
