Three Soldiers arrested and weapons seized on Jomtien Beach

PATTAYA: --Late on Friday Night, Police based in Jomtien, received an urgent call from members of the public who claimed that three men were armed and threatening passers-by with guns and knives outside a 24 hour convenience store located in front of Soi 13. Police arrived and were directed to a Bronze Toyota pick-up containing three men. When they saw Police arrive, they attempted to escape but were soon intercepted further up Jomtien Beach Road. Inside the truck were three soldiers, who were taken to Dongtan Police Sub-Station.
