Diabetes

Featured Replies

Hi Folks,

As a newbie on this forum, am wondering if anyone can give some practical advice. Have just been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, and am having a lot of trouble getting my wife to comprehend the do's and dont's regarding food and diet. As we are likely to be stuck in the U.K. for the next few months, am wondering where I can find the relevant information in the Thai Language, if anyone could help, it would be much appreciated.

Hi,

Google turned up the following Thai sites for diabetes (BAO WAAN เบาหวาน in Thai):

http://tinyurl.com/bqsvk

Some of them look like they might be quite useful eg the one from Ramkhamhaeng Hospital http://www.ram-hosp.co.th/books/5dm.htm.

Best to get a Thai doc to explain it if you can.

Hope that might be of some help.
