Semi-conscious Middle-Eastern Man found on Dongtan Beach in Jomtien

PATTAYA: -- In the early hours of Tuesday Morning medical staff at Banglamung Hospital alerted Police after they admitted a semi-conscious foreign man who had been picked-up by rescue workers behind the Pattaya Park Hotel on Dongtan Beach in Jomtien. The man was found by passers-by, lying close to a tree. He was carrying no forms of identification and no money.
