Habitual Thief at it Again in Pattaya Bag Snatch Incident

PATTAYA: -- A habitual thief and criminal has been arrested in Pattaya after attempting to steal a bag from a tourist at a well-known Pattaya department store on Tuesday.

Pattaya, the 14th of May 2010 [PDN]: At approximately 2:00pm on Tuesday. Lieutenant Colonel Klitsakorn Thongin (Pattaya Police Investigator) along with a team of officers went to a well-known Pattaya department store along Beach Road in order to investigate a reported theft at the location.

Officers were informed by Mr. Aphichat Sabeedee [38] from Bangkok, that an unknown man had stolen his bag from a bathroom on the 3rd floor of the store. Restricting all the exits, police began to search the complex, eventually arresting the offender after he handed himself into police.
