You might try a Kawasaki dealer that has once piece wetsuits.

I know you said Bangkok, but they have a beautiful red one in the Kawasaki shop north of you in Nakhon Sawan. I bought my ER6n there and the guy was very friendly and helpful and spoke enough English to easily facilitate the deal.
