PATTAYA: -- Late on Thursday afternoon naval ratings based in Sattahip travelled to the U-Tapao military airport to help load a container with bags full of foodstuff and other material which was then to be sent to victims of flooding in the province of Lampang in the north of Thailand. The Friends in Need Volunteer Foundation of the Thai Red Cross, sponsored by Princess Somsawalee, had put together 750 bags filled with cans of fish and packets of noodles
