Thief caught-on-tape at Pattaya Apartment Complex

PATTAYA: -- Early on Saturday Morning, we joined Police at the Uma Apartments located in Soi Loylan in Naklua after the owner had reported a break-in and the suspected thief had been caught on security cameras. The incident occurred at 5.30am and the suspected thief had climbed on top of a plastic water tank and entered the premise via the second floor. The cameras followed him to the ground floor where he entered a convenience store and condo office, located at the ground floor lobby. While the owner slept inside the store
