George4 Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 I'm adding a patio to the side of the house. The garden/grass is about 3" lower than the first step and I want to bring it up level. Probably falls away to about 5" to the rear so the average would be about 4" deep. The area I want to cover is about 12-14sq m. Once completed I will be tiling has aynone any idea how much it should cost per sq m for the basic concrete with steel reinforcing and footings? Thanks in advance.
trogers Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 Has the house been constructed a long while ago? 5 years or more? Where is the location?
Pib Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 Well, concrete (cement/sand/gravel) and rebar in Thailand is low cost. It will be the labor that costs you the most in preparing the area, mxing/pouring the concrete, etc. Get a least two quotes as costs can vary quite a bit by location in Thailand. But it shouldn't cost a lot. Not the specifics by square meter you wanted I know...recommend you get a couple of quotes.
