I cannot open MSN messenger, or even my hotmail account.

I get my email(hotmail) through Outlook Express ok.

When I try to run messenger, I get a little box that pops up saying

"your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page. As a result the page may not display"

Any ideas?

In IE there is a

Tools ->>> Internet Options --->>>Security Tab

Then click on custom button - there is where active x options are.
