Just to get some input, I just wanted to know is do I needed to do anything if I change my address when my wife is here in UK on the settlement visa. As the address I put in the Visa app would now be difference?

Here is how the story go (short version);

My parent write a spounse letter said that my wife will be living with them and so on, but now they are moving so I buying/renting a place because of work. So who I need to inform or not matter, as she already have here settlement visa approve already.

Assuming she is already living with you in the UK, there is no need to inform anyone.

If she has not yet traveled to the UK, then this is a change of circumstances since the visa was issued but before it's been used, so you should contact the embassy.
