Hi, hope somebody can post a reply.

After closing a company is there an ultimate document issued by the company registration people that confirms the company is officially closed? As documents in Thailand are often called names like "tor tor saam", what is the above document called?

Thanks in advance.

There are several documents that are issued at the various stages when closing a business in Thailand. The final closing document is an affidavit called the "Nang Sue Rub Rong".

It looks similar to some of the other company affidavits but this one would state that the company has completed the closing process. This is separate from the liquidation process. Once you have completed the liquidation process, another affidavit will be issue stating that the company has now completed the liquidation process.
