worth a squirt - hard to believe how many people dont bother securing wireless networks @ all. I can pick up 5 from my balcony, only 2 are encrypted and thats only with WEP, still there summit to play about with on a rainy sunday afternoon :o

apparently the MD5 algorithm Lucidlink uses within Radius for password hashing has already been cracked :o

I only have MAC permissions set and SSID broadcast off.

any password traffic goes via HTTPS.

and if they are that keen they want to sniff packets with ethereal and spoof their MAC to hop on my network - ( only 56k connection at the moment ) - well they are probably keen enough to crack any WEP/WPA key
