hi nice place toy residence but up a very very steep hill and transport a must (motorbike) its about 10 minutes to patong beach on a motorbike its off nani road the resort which is the back road to patong

I stayed in the Blue Sky which is right behind it (well in front really as there was less a hill to climb). I found Toy to be overpriced at 16,000 baht a month. Got one for 10,000 in the Blue Sky and was a better room. You will need a bike.
