Need to spend two days in Laos ay at chiang saen crossing
That's if you pay 4000 Baht for the privilege then you can avoid the rules . If you don't pay the extra then you need to stay in Laos for two days , have a flight back to your own Country and a Thai Condo contract . I was at the border today for 4 hours and people who hadn't spent two days in Laos were being sent back to Laos and those without flight ticket back to their home Country were also refused persimmons to enter Thailand and told to go back to Laos . -

The Kennedy family dynasty was right in the thick of the beginnings of our current day medical system. Treating Robert Kennedy Jr, grandson of Joe Kennedy born 1888, as an outsider is preposterous. Just a slight of hand trick to make us think improvements are coming. The only likely changes will be more absurd theories generating even more profits for those monopolists in charge. The flipside of the coin will be more marketing gimmicks used to lure more gullible citizens into the slaughterhouse. I treat the medical industry as a terrorist organization and only interact with them if being forcefully extorted while attempting to exercise my freedoms. Like when thousands of dollars were required for nonsense tests and quarantines to visit family.
