I have reports from all over the island that all 3BB and TT&T ADSL lines were down from 6:00 am to approximately 1:00 pm.

It takes a great deal of talent to bring down tens of thousands of ADSL lines simultaneously, and to keep them down for seven hours.

TT&T claimed the whole South was down but didn't give a reason why.
