A unique painting valued at 60,000 baht by acclaimed Australian artist Chris Hogan

Is it valued at 60,000 baht by him? Or is it valued at 60,000 baht by somebody else?

I've got a damp patch on the wall - I'll give him 60. Baht, that is.
