20" cost 60k Baht with tires, 24" cost 100k Baht, and I'm gussing the wheels in the OP are about 32" which would price them at > 200K Baht.

That's pretty expensive braces, unless your sister-in-law is a Farang ;P

The 'paint' is probably vinyl. It looks like anti radar coating. A parents car at the school i work at has it cost about 25,000b (yaris). Theres one born every minute
