Family Non Immigrant B

Featured Replies

I am planning to apply for a non immigrant B in L.A for myself, my wife and 2 small children. We have a business in the U.S and have actively ordered with Thai companies for 5 years.

What paperwork do we need to obtain a non immigrant B visa and do we need a letter of approval from the Labour Department?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Greg

Your children require Non-Immigrant O visa's not B, as will your wife unless she is going to be very active in the business. You really need multiple entry visa's for all and LA can be very difficult to deal with. Apply by mail at the Consulate in Houston. Write a business letter on letterhead outlining your plans and include it in your applications. Good luck.

Thanks so much for the info.

My wife is the business owner, so that should not be a problem.

I have a British passport, will this be a problem? I do have residency in the U.S.

Cheers.
