Bike and a garbage truck - probably the bike had no light on - common practise. Either way - a young life snuffed out is always sad.

Typical Pattaya One reporting, doesn't mention which of them was drunk, which driving carelessly, or even which collided with the other.

This is a common enough tragedy. Still, life being cheap to worthless out here probably explains why nobody bothers beyond point scoring rhetoric, to educate the people on how to reduce the number of needlessly lost lives.
