Just wondering if anyone could recommend the cheapest hard drive recording device that can record TV programs from a UBC box? (excluding the UBC PVR box).

You could get a TV tuner card for your PC,

or for better results an AV Video card.

The DVR (Digital Video Recorder) seems to have disappeared off the market. :bah:
