On my AIS prepaid SIM card there is a subscription for an SMS package (SmallPack) where I can send 50 SMS per month at a discount rate.

I don't need this, does anyone know how to cancel it?

I am getting messages every month reminding me that I have been billed for this SmallPack but no instructions on how to unsubscribe.

Or simply dial 1175 and tell them you do not want this package any longer. Not exactly rocket science :D
