Serious Issue With Mini Mac

Featured Replies

I have 2 screens attached to the MAC - both are Acer. One works on the "Miniport - DVI" the other one drives me nuts. It's connected via HDMI. I use the HDMI adaptor, cables are attached and the screen shows either "no signal or "no cable connected. Cables are connected.

Could it be the monitor - ACER S243HL 1 VGA, 2 HDMI) or a MAC Hware issue? I have no idea no more. Tried everything to no avail.

Mini Mac doesn't see the monitor - it can't detect it

Any suggestion is most welcome

Thx

did you check out the apple website or their blogs? www.apple.com/support

sometimes it's just the cable. Try a different brand of cable. The more expensive ones are not necessarily better.
