Mo Chit To Suvarnabhumi

Featured Replies

Hello Everybody

I have searched but can't come up with anything recent. We will arrive at around 5pm in Mo Chit and need to get to the airport. Can anyone confirm a direct bus or if the new Airport link will be of any use to us? We will have only one small bag. Failing that (or as well as that) could anyone give me the approximate current price of a taxi from the station to the airport - bearing in mind it will be rush hour.

Thanks in advance

Assuming you are two people or more, and have luggage, a taxi seems like the best option. There is a tollway entrance nearly adjacent to the Bus Station so the trip should be relatively easy. I say the meter will read 350 baht or less, tolls, not sure, maybe 115 tops.

Agree, take a taxi. Especially with 2 or more persons. Otherwise you have to get a bus or taxi to the BTS or directly to the airport link. Will only cost extra time and not save much money.

Did the same trip in reverse two days ago.,although I was travelling light with hand luggage and one small suitcase. Arrived Airport 7 o'clock at night.

New train from Airport to Phaya Thai (BTS Station) 15 baht, walked across new bridge to Skytrain then to Mochit (BTS Station) 30 Baht. Sum total 45 Baht.

Excellent service and for myself the only way to go in the future if travelling light.

Thanks to all - taxi seems to be the way to go. Cheaper option is tempting, but we'd have to get from Mo Chit bus station to BTS.

Thanks again

Taxi with meter was last time I went 234 THB + 70 THB for the tollway, taxi bumbs that want to take you without the use of the meter often try to charge you over 500THB
