PATTAYA: -- A set of Thai Twins were arrested on Saturday evening following a necklace snatch involving a tourist from Ireland. The twins, Khun Jackgarin aged 19 and his brother Khun Jackarat allegedly snatched a gold necklace from Mr. Ronan aged 30 from Ireland. The incident occurred in Soi Siam Country Club in East Pattaya and, although shaken, Mr. Ronan was able to give chase to the suspects
