Hello My fellow Xbox Live users

My son and I like to play online and we are having some challenges to get Xbox live to work. The problem appears to be with our NAT on the Router we were provided by True intenet and we can make any changes to make working online easier. When in Singapore we were able to get a gaming router from the internet company, at least that is what they called it, that made it possible to play online more easily. Can anyone here shed some light on this problem? If you have experienced it and fixed it we would be most grateful to learn how.

Are the correct ports open? You might also try to have the 360 as the DMZ to help. I haven't tried connecting to xbox live since I was in the US cuz I got my 360 modified.

I connect with no issues, I have US bought Xbox, specfically so I can connect to Live. Primary problem with any Xbox bought in thailand is that they are modified and will get cut off from Live after about 30 days
