PATTAYA: -- On Friday, Pattaya Police arrested a Thai Man in possession of a long knife, who had threatened a man with the weapon and demanded money from him. Khun Niran aged 31 was arrested in front of the Prima Mansion at the Rungland Village in South Pattaya, in possession of the deadly weapon. He was arrested following a complaint made to Police by Khun Paiwan aged 28,
