Beautiful House For Rent In Chiang Rai

Not sure if this is the right place to post it, but, we have a 3 bedroom house for rent in Namlad (4 km from city centre). The house is only a few years old and yard (2 ngan) is in wonderful shape. It's in a very quiet area, but still really close to town. Looking for 8000 baht / month, but willing to discus based on length of time you would want to rent it. Yes, I know-have send pm. to him for some days ago-but he wassent aple to find the houses I want to show him-further-I am not in real eastate buissness-and 2. the man want everything for nothing-1-3 bedrooms+garden and so on-for 4000 baht-and if you think he can get a place like mine in Sinthanee for that price-forget it.

Oh I agree with you 100%. The guy might have a reality check when he sees this place up for grabs. Honestly, I would rent it if I didn't have a house already and it's negotiable..

I am NOT Jesseda-I just see this thread, and some one who ask me to take a look at it, and that was what I reply to-and I have never sayed that the picture is Sinthanee-I answer, according the other mans thread-he want a house whit everything-1-3 bedrooms+garden and so-for 4000 baht, and some one sayed that he want a house like mine-and I sayed-you dont get a house in Sinthanee for that kind of monye.

I dont need a reality check , I just need a good place to stay for a long period of time and a good rental price. Everyone would look for the best of everything and only because of what I have rented and paid before , I know what the rental prices are . If foreigners

who own houses are demanding high rentals and people pay it m then good luck to them .

Average Thai prices for a 3 bedroom house is between 3-6,000 bht . If you dont know that then maybe your living inside the box, have your own house and bar and dont go anywhere !!

I am very interested in this house, if the owner calls me I will negotiate as we all would if you were in my position. Hopefully We can agree terms, if im contacted.

Been told its pretty good there and the owner likes to feed people for free. If so I will go every day , hahhahaha

Congrats, only took a few weeks and now you have a tenant. Sometimes it does pay to advertise here in TV.

Sellers can post multiple photos of items for sale. You can be region-specific, or advertise to all of Thailand (for say a motorbike).

The reason for this rule is that we reserve the regional sub-forums such as Chiang Rai for local events, locals discussing pertinent topics, a bit of banter, and noobs and tourists looking for local info. Oh, and Limbo posting all the cultural events and football results.....did I miss anything?
