Windows Anytime Upgrade is only available for online purchase in Australia, Belgium, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

You may have to buy it from another source such as Amazon.

Thanks guys, found out i can buy ultimate for 7000B, will do when i get home

Why do you need Ultimate? Which make and model of machine are you upgrading?

Just bought a HP G62 in France, my old one broke down, everything is in French so i am lost, you can’t change 7 home to English you need ultimate,,, but i have now found a English language program i can download and change to English so maybe i can do that without changing anything, and i mean everything is in French :(

Thats the one, just got it, around 150mb, so far it looks good, windows started up in French but changed over to English, also HP programs are now in English, well, most of them
