I am looking for the following equipments.

It is not for mounting cameras, but they are perfect for my needs

How do I get up to that area where the Pattaya sign is up on that hill. .I love the colours I wish they would be in rainbow colours though to reflect diversity Can I get a Grab up there or can I walk ? There is a park up there too isn't there with beautiful flowers
