wailee
Can anyone give me details of a good agent to sell my freehold property. The two or three web sites I have looked at so far are really poor standard and I doubt they could possibly attract anyone to them. Also what is the usual commission payable to these companies? yeesipha
I can offer one bit of advice to you, advertise your property a REALISTIC price, dont go the thai way and think its worth 3 million baht more than its actually worth, and then you should get some interested purchasers.if you go the thai logic way it will still be sat there for years to come. ESB7
Agents charge between 3-5% depending on value of property. Its not uncommon now for agents to ask you to send them pics and details without even visiting your property....how on earth they expect to sell a property they havnt even visited is beyond me so stay clear of them....There are 2 good agents in HH but they do only list upmarket properties. Realistically if you havnt a beach front, something different or a good condo you will really struggle as the market is saturated with mid range gated developments with no buyers anywhere to be seen.
