Anyone know what a rai is going for in khao yai at the moment?

I can't answer your question, but I think you need to be more specific so that someone in that area can give an accurate answer.. For example, what is the land use, access, services

Good point, im talking about a building block with electricity and water.

As mentioned by Totster, too many variables.

What does the op mean by Khao Yai, Khao Yai is a national park, there is at least once instance of a prominent Thai having to give up land he thought was his.

When most people talk of Khao Yai they usually mean Pak Chong area, one of the most expensive areas for land, much better deals can be found to the south in the Prachinburi area.

Dont know what a building block area is, most of it is farm land that may well have to be levelled, price will also depend on the type of land title deed held, then planning permission will need to be obtained before building a house.

Water, you may well have to drill your own well, electricity if not readily available, will cost you to get hooked up.

Best thing for the op to do is go and see for himself what area he wants and then price up accordingly, many are asking crazy prices that they will never get.

If i was in the area at the moment and could of priced the land myself i would'nt of bothered posting on here. Anyone else with some prices that they've seen would be welcome.
